Binomial: Libythea myrrha
Club Beak is a butterfly belongs to Nymphalidae family. In Sri Lanka it is common in wet zone and highlands. Sub species found in Sri Lanka is L. m. rama. Usually it can be seen mud puddling close to streams. Above photograph was taken close to a stream at Makandawa rain forest, Kithulgala.
